RIFAK is composed by an external pouch featuring a quick-release system developed to be extremely intuitive but also safe to be operated, and the removable internal insert, where the medical items are stored. The kit is available in both Vertical and Horizontal configurations.
Thanks to its innovative design, operators can access medical items in less than 6 seconds.
There is no risk of the contents accidentally spilling, even when the insert is extracted roughly, as the insert is securely closed on all sides.
No "embellishments" (e.g., medical crosses, Velcro®, embroidery, etc.) to distract or confuse the operator. The only highlighted feature is the red extraction handle, making the RIFAK ideal for covert/low-profile operations.
The shock cord on the front helps compress the pocket and reduce its size. It can be removed for a cleaner profile or used to secure a tourniquet.
The side PALS/MOLLE webbing can accommodate additional pouches or be used to attach various tools such as scissors, strap-cutters, and tourniquets.
The insert can also be purchased separately for use as a standalone IFAK.
Medical supplies are not included.

The Blackfolium RIFAK (Rip-Away IFAK) is a convenient Medic Kit to carry all essential items when people need initial care according to the MARCH protocol. Thanks to its innovative design, the user can reach the medical items in less than 6 seconds. With its thoughtful design, the inner portion of the bag is constructed to keep the medical items inside even when pulled out quickly. The RIFAK is kept inconspicuous in its appearance so that it can be used during covert operations. Via elastic on the front, one can compress the RIFAK to ensure a secure fit of the items inside. In addition, one can also use the elastic to attach a tournique or similar. The PALS/MOLLE straps attached to the side can be used to attach additional pockets or more tools such as scissors/voucher cutters, etc.
