SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

Batavi Bellator Tactical Solutions will ship all orders with PostNL in the Netherlands and Belgium. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an Track and Trace code.

  • Shipping inside The Netherlands € 6,50 (orders till € 100,00)
  • Free shipping inside The Netherlands for orders from € 100,00
  • Shipping to Belgium € 8,50 (orders tot € 500,00)
  • Free shipping to Belgium for orders from € 500,00)
 
In other European countries and internationally, we use GLS or DHL.

You can check the shipping costs to your country during the order/payment process. 

We ship orders only when all items are in stock and available. This can mean that an order will have to wait for shipping when one or more items are not on stock at that moment. According to your order size we can decide to ship the items that are in stock and send you the missing items later.

We will keep you fully informed about during the order process.

PACKAGE IS NOT PICKED-UP OR COULD NOT BE DELIVERED

If a package is not collected from a collection location, or the package is sent to a incorrect or non-existent address specified by the customer, it will be returned to us.

If this is the case, we will credit you for the shipping costs.

 

SHIPPING TO A NAPO ADDRESS (NLD MoD ONLY)

Batavi Bellator can ship orders to a NAPO address. Please fill in the exact NAPO-address to get the order delivered at the right address. The package will be send with the correct CN22 customs documents. 

We will need following info:

  • Rank, initials and full name
  • Name of the Unit / taskforce / navy vessel
  • NAPO (followed by a specific number)
  • Postal code and City (3509VP Utrecht)
  • Country (The Netherlands)


APO / NAPO SHIPMENTS

Note that there are some rules on NATO packages shipped by Batavi Bellator:

  • The package may NOT exceed 2 kilograms.
  • The package may NOT contain fluids or gasses.
 
 
Return and exchange
Do you want to return a product? No problem.
- Notify us within 7 days of receipt
- Not satisfied? Refund!
- Discounted products can not be returned.
Exchanges can be made within 7 days. After the day of receipt of the order you have 7 days for reflection. From the moment of cancellation you have 7 days to return the purchase. In this case, please contact us first at batavi.bellator@gmail.com or via the contact form at www.batavibellator.com. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products. 
Products such as thermal underwear, caps, hats and in some cases helmets cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Returns will only be accepted if the products have the labels and original packaging, are not damaged and/or used. The amount paid by you will be returned to your bank account within 5 working days after receipt of your package.
By appointment it is also possible to exchange or return an item at our showroom.
