RIFAK (Rip-Away IFAK) is the first aid kit we designed to carry all the lifesaving medical items that are needed to perform MARCH protocol. RIFAK is composed by an external pouch featuring a quick-release system developed to be extremely intuitive but also safe to be operated, and the removable internal insert, where the medical items are stored. The kit is available in both Vertical and Horizontal configurations.

The Wilcox Filter Cover is an amber lens that quickly attached and detaches to a variety of Night Vision Goggles and Scopes. This Eberlestock backpack is a highly functional, minimalist tactical pack providing everything you might want.The pack has a unique contour shape that tapers at both the top and the bottom, giving the pack an excellent close-to-the-body ride. It is fully compressible with pairs of side-mounted compression straps that draw the load upward to optimally position the pack's contents over the wearer's center-of-gravity to guarantee comfort even under heavier loads. New to the X41, the HiSpeed II has two generously sized form-following pockets on the exterior of the upper and lower front flaps. MOLLE-10 lightweight webbing is used, to which you can attach conventional 25mm MOLLE accessories. The X41 features two interior pockets fitted for holding hydration systems, including portals for tubes. The interior features include a hydration sleeve (water bladders sold separately), two document / laptop sleeves, a mesh zippered pocket, MOLLE compatible webbing, and a fold-away shelf that allows you to either segregate or combine the top and bottom interior load space.

The newly redesigned Rapid Access Trauma System (RATS) pack is a frontline medic bag whose every detail is focused on quick, one-handed access to organized medical supplies. There are multiple trauma shears and tourniquet holders throughout and large reinforced handles for hanging the pack on branches or inside of helicopters. It’s sized so that when mounted on the NICE Frame, there is room below the pack for carrying litters or hydraulic combi tools. Inside the RATS are four removable pockets with clear vinyl windows and two IV bag pockets. The RATS also features removable BVS that optimizes the pack for use with or without body armor.

A lightweight, anatomically shaped knee cap that can be worn in conjunction with the LEAF Assault Pant AR/FR or the LEAF Assault Coverall AR/FR. The Knee Cap can also be worn in a stand alone manner.
