Lichtgewicht basisconstructie met een gewicht van circa 430 g voor maat Medium en 448 g voor maat Large.
Gemaakt van robuuste materialen: 500D Cordura® laminaat gecombineerd met laser-cut 500D laminate en geïntegreerde 4-way stretch (Tweave Durastretch®) panelen voor plaatpassen en bewegingsvrijheid.
Ontwikkeld volgens het ADAPT-concept: onder andere een zip-on achterpaneel die het mogelijk maakt om diverse back-panel modules snel te wisselen, en laser-cut MOLLE-rijen voor compatibiliteit met accessoires.
Geavanceerde plateauzakken: zowel voor- als achterzijde zijn ontworpen met flexibiliteit in plaatformaat in het oog (bijv. SAPI/ESAPI/Swimmer tot ca. 10″ × 12.5″ of 10.5″ × 13.5″) voor respectievelijk Medium en Large.

The base of the rig is laser cut from two pieces of cordura laminate. The shock cords wear out after years of use but they are replaceable and the rig will last from father to son.
