De DropWing™ van Ferro Concepts is een veelzijdige MOLLE-uitbreidingsmodule ontworpen om slimme montage-oplossingen mogelijk te maken wanneer je geen reguliere draagruimte op je plate carrier of cummerbund meer hebt.
Belangrijkste kenmerken
Dankzij verticale MOLLE-sleuven biedt de DropWing™ de mogelijkheid om accessoires (zoals magazine-houders of andere modulaire pouches) horizontaal onder een plaatzak of cummerbund te monteren.
Ergonomisch ontwerp: het platform is licht flexibel, wat zorgt voor comfort bij zitten of wanneer het wordt gemonteerd op een cummerbund.
Compatibiliteit: geschikt voor vrijwel elke plate carrier met loop-Velcro op voor- of achterzijde, of plaatzakken die met hook-&-loop worden vastgezet.
Inclusief accessoires: wordt geleverd met 4 stuks elastische shock-cords en 4 cord-locks, zodat je ook items kunt vastzetten die niet direct via MOLLE te monteren zijn (zoals tools of breaching-chargers).
Gewicht: ongeveer 1,64 oz (~46,5 g) – ultralicht, dus minimale belasting van je rig.

Materiaal & ontwerpdetails
De DropWing™ gebruikt verticale 2×3 MOLLE-secties (omgedraaid gepositioneerd) wat een compacte en efficiënte montage-ruimte creëert.
Er zijn meerdere doorgangen/gaatjes in het platform aangebracht voor bevestiging via shock-cords of andere fixatieoplossingen.
Het ontwerp is zodanig dat je de montage zowel met “hook forward” als “loop forward” kunt draaien, afhankelijk van je rig-configuratie.
Toepassing
Ideaal wanneer je op je plaatdrager of cummerbund extra pouches wilt plaatsen zonder de standaard verticale MOLLE-rijen te gebruiken.
Perfect voor montagemogelijkheden zoals: extra magazijnen, dump-pouches, tool-pouches, of items die je horizontaal wilt plaatsen onder je platform.
Door de lichte flexibiliteit en de mogelijkheid tot bevestiging via elastische cord is het ook geschikt voor items met afwijkende vormen of snel te gebruiken tools.

Let op / installatie-tips
Controleer dat je plaatdrager of cummerbund voorzien is van voldoende loop-Velcro of modulaire bevestigingspunten zodat de DropWing™ stevig gemonteerd kan worden.
Denk goed na over de oriëntatie (hook forward vs loop forward) om compatibel te zijn met je dragerplaat-zak of systemen.
Bij het gebruik van elastische cord / cord-locks: plan de routing zodanig dat de toegepaste tools of pouches stabiel vastzitten en niet gaan schuiven of het draagcomfort beïnvloeden.
Ondanks de lichte flexibiliteit: bevestig items met aanzienlijk gewicht zo dat de montage zorgvuldig is en de rig-balans behouden blijft.
